Managing Director

Mr. Kishore Mulani has over 15 years’ experience in Business Administration in the UAE. Heading the internal operations of the firm, his teams provide support functions to legal teams within the firm to ensure that the overall business operates progressively and effectively.

With his ability to quickly understand complex concepts, manage financial planning and execution, identify and solve problems and turn ideas into logical strategies, Mr. Kishore is instrumental to the success of Lawgical. He also implements systems within the firm to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Naser Abdulla Almuharrami

UAE Advocate

Mr. Nasser is a distinguished licensed advocate from the UAE Ministry of Justice, entitled to appear as an advocate before all courts in the UAE. With a bachelor’s degree in law from Al Jazeera University, he brings a wealth of legal expertise and experience to Lawgical Group. His extensive career spans over 20 years with the Ministry of Interior, highlighting his deep-rooted commitment to the legal profession and public service.

Mr. Nasser’s professional journey includes significant roles such as working at ADNOC from 2013 to 2017, where he honed his legal skills in a corporate environment. He has also undergone rigorous training at a law firm in Abu Dhabi, further solidifying his practical legal knowledge. His academic and professional accomplishments, including certificates from the Institute of Judicial Studies and the Abu Dhabi College of Technology, underscore his dedication to continuous learning and excellence in the legal field. Mr. Nasser’s comprehensive legal background and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable asset to Lawgical Group.
